FM 1379 Farm-to-Market Runs in/near Midland County and connects with SH-349 / SH-158 in the region; used as an east/west rural connector from the southern/eastern parts of the county toward Midland. 
FM 3503 Farm-to-Market Straddles Ector & Midland counties; TxDOT file lists it running between IH-20 (Odessa) and FM-1788 (south of Midland) — portions are in the Midland area and have had planned realignments.
FM 1788 Farm-to-Market Connects to I-20 / SH-191 area and serves the southern Midland/adjacent growth corridors; appears on county road maps and project pages. 
FM 1357, FM 3095, FM 1213, FM 715 Farm-to-Market Several other FM routes appear on the Midland County road map and/or state route lists and either run into Midland city limits or terminate very near city limits (FM-715 is specifically noted as in Midland County connecting SH-140 south to FM-1213).
