CITY OFFICES TO CLOSE FOR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- City of Midland offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
City offices will reopen on Tuesday (Jan. 20, 2026). The meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission that typically takes place on the third Monday of the month is scheduled for Tuesday (Jan. 22, 2026).
Residential trash pickup will be impacted. Regular trash pickup on Monday will take place on Tuesday. Regular trash pickup on Tuesday will take place on Wednesday.
