HEALTH SERVICES PROVIDES 662 VACCINES IN JANUARY

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- Midland Health Department’s report in January included providing more than 662 vaccines for city/county residents.
Services also were provided for more than 207 younger residents (18 and younger) during the first month of calendar year 2026. Lastly, the Health Department officials were responsible for 137 inspections, 36 patient referrals and investigating 14 complaints.
Community outreach events in January included the Point In Time (PIT) Count Resource Fair on Jan. 22).

- Patient Referrals: 36 (19 for healthcare assistance, 11 for rent and clothing, others less than 10)

- Phase 3 Electric & Power Supply, Cold Weather Safety, 37 people attended
