Mrs. Shirley Howard, a formidable leader, activist, and president of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women's Club of Midland, has recently passed away, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.
Mrs. Howard's life was a testament to her unwavering commitment to the betterment of her community. As a community leader, she dedicated countless hours to uplifting those around her, advocating for equality, justice, and empowerment.
