REPORT: MIDLAND AMONG TOP 100 BEST PLACES TO LIVE IN 2025

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- Midland made the “Top 100 Best Places to Live in the US in 2025,” according to the website livability.com.

Midland is one of eight Texas cities to make the list.

According to the report, the Top 100 Best Places To Live in the U.S. list is based on nearly 100 data points and an algorithm that takes into account measures of a city’s economy, housing and cost of living, amenities, transportation, environment, safety, education and health.

The top five were Flower Mound, Texas (with a score of 875); Carmel, Indiana (872); Sugar Land, Texas (854); Naperville, Illinois (841); and Roswell, Georgia (838).

Other Texas cities in the top 100 included Round Rock (score of 793), New Braunfels (758), Midland (712), College Station (711), Tyler (676) and Abilene (659).
