[ARCHIVED] Louisiana Avenue Partial Closure.

A section of Louisiana Avenue will be closed starting on Monday, November 12 due to utility work. Construction will take place between Andrews Hwy. to Kent Street, and it is planned to last for approximately 2 weeks. Expect delays.
