MFD responds to collision at I-20, Garden City Highway

MIDLAND, TEXAS -- At approximately 9:10 a.m. on Wednesday (May 14, 2025), Midland Fire Department officials responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a semi at Interstate 20 and Garden City Highway.
MFD officials reported the wreck happened at the overpass at that location, that one person was transported to the Midland Memorial Hospital Emergency Room and that westbound I-20 was expected to be shut down for a prolonged period of time.
