West Texas Ave. from "F" to "M" Streets will be closed from the early hours of Saturday morning through 3:00 PM on October 20, 2018. The street closure is to make way for the Midland Fire Department's Annual Truck or Treat Halloween event. Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route.
