FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: STRETCH OF LORAINE TO BE CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE

City of Midland Traffic Operations will close a stretch of Loraine Street from Tennessee Avenue to Michigan Avenue from January 12, 2024, to February 12, 2024.
There will be building maintenance taking place, and a crane will be positioned on the street.
The city of Midland also reported:
- Local access is required to be maintained as much as possible based on the type of activity. Road will be closed to all thru traffic.
- Schedules for construction activities are always subject to change based on weather, material availability, etc. If we become aware of a significant change in schedule, we will try to send an updated notice.
- Notices are for planned closures that we know of in advance. Emergency closures and other traffic restrictions exist.
