Pay your bill without creating a login or create a login and have access to additional features below:
- Ability to manage your profile and add guest access.
- Link multiple utility accounts under one login
- Ability to view consumption and billed usage.
- Ability to set account thresholds and alerts.
- Paperless Billing (e-Billing)
Customers wishing to access reporting and other features will be required to:
- Update the password on the new site on the first use. From the home screen, click forgot password and enter the email address used to set up the existing account.
- Re-register for Auto-Pay within the new portal

HB 872 makes a customer’s personal information and usage/billing information confidential unless the customer opts to make it public
If you would like to request your Utility information available please download the Utility Disclosure Form and submit the completed form by email to cs@midlandtexas.gov or mail to Customer Service PO Box 1152 Midland, Texas 79702-1152
