Doing Business with the City of Midland
The Purchasing Division safeguards taxpayer dollars by acquiring goods and services through open, competitive and transparent processes. All formal opportunities ($50,000 and above) are advertised and received exclusively through our e-procurement portal, Euna.
Important: You do not need a VSS account to download documents or submit a bid. Register in VSS only after you receive a notice of award so the City can issue a purchase order and pay you.
