The class meets for two sessions. Class size is usually 8-10 students. The class is for women only. The cost of the class is free.
Students will learn the decision to resist, basic principles of defense, principles of striking, offensive and defensive postures. Students will participate in scenarios wearing protective gear against simulated attackers.
