With a distinguished 25-year career at the Midland Police Department, Greg Snow brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chief of Police. His extensive background includes various roles such as patrol officer, field training officer, detective in property and white-collar crimes, and leadership positions including patrol sergeant, lieutenant in the Professional Standards Division, and most recently, Deputy Chief of the Investigative Services Bureau. Greg’s commitment to excellence is highlighted by his creation of a training manual for newly promoted sergeants and his recognition as Supervisor of the Year in both 2012 and 2015.
