The City of Midland Utilities Department is scheduled to begin a manhole replacement project on October 24, 2022. The project consists of seven manhole replacements on Wadley Ave. between N. Garfield St. and I St. The project is expected to last 8 to 12 weeks.
The first replacement, expected to last approximately one week, will limit some accessibility at the intersection of Garfield and Wadley. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the intersection in favor of alternate routes. Local business access will be maintained at all times during the project.
