The City of Midland Customer Service Department will host three opportunities for residents seeking assistance utilizing the new Utility Payment Portal.
- Tuesday, June 6, 2023, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Midland Senior Center, 3303 W Illinois Ave Suite 18
- Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Southeast Senior Center, 1803 E. Indiana Ave.
- Saturday, June 10, 2023, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Centennial Library, 2503 W. Loop 250 N.
Representatives with Customer Service will have laptops ready to walk customers through the new portal. Residents should bring a water bill with the account number or a picture ID.
