[ARCHIVED] MPD to co-host MLK Day town hall meeting

The Midland Police Department would like to invite the community to attend a town hall meeting from 4-5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 19 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center (2300 Butternut Ln.).

The presentation, which is titled “Making Midland Better Together,” is part of a series of events taking place in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. MPD will discuss the latest crime trends, and residents will have the opportunity to speak directly with officers. MPD will also be sharing crime prevention tips along with information on partnerships such as Neighborhood Watch programs.
