The Midland Police Department has arrested three suspects in connection to a double homicide that occurred earlier in July.
Trace Ryan Roland, 23; Ryan David Green, 23; and Sean Blake Jobe, 21 were taken into custody Wednesday morning. All three are charged with murder and their bond has been set at $1 million each.
On July 17, Midland Police and Fire Departments responded to reports of a disturbance and fire at approximately 2:30 a.m. at a small structure located next to a mobile home in the 6300 block of Kanawha. Two bodies were found inside the burning structure with gunshot wounds.
Callers identified the two subjects that lived in the shed as 19-year-old Haley Millan and her 25-year-old boyfriend Aaron Jarmon. Midland police confirmed Millan’s identity last week through dental records and are still awaiting results from DNA testing for the deceased male found at the scene. The suspects were described as two males wearing black clothing and hoodies with masks covering their faces, and were said to be armed with a rifle and a handgun. It is believed at this time that a dispute involving drugs may have played a role in the shooting.
The investigation continues. Any individuals who believe they have further information about this homicide are asked to call MPD at 432-685-7108 or Midland Crime Stoppers at 432-694-TIPS.
