[ARCHIVED] 80's-themed costume run to take place on Saturday

Midlanders are invited to break out leg warmers and neon gear to run in this year's Tenaris 80's Costume 5K/10K and Disco Fun Run benefiting the Midland Municipal Employee Scholarship Fund.


The Tenaris 80's Costume 5K and Disco Fun Run will be held at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 6. Runners will meet at the Midland High School Parking Lot located at Ohio and D Streets, and the race will be routed through neighborhood streets in central Midland. The event will be chip-timed and packet pickup will start at 7:45 a.m. the day of the event.


The Midland Municipal Employees Scholarship Fund is a non-profit organization that provides college scholarships annually to dependents of City of Midland employees.
